1.         Write [diskpart] to call disk partition.
2.         Write  [list disk ] to check how many disks are having on this computer.
3.         Write  [Select Disk] to choose multiple disks on this list. 
4.         Write [Clean] to remove junk files on USB Disk.
5.         Write [Create Partition Primary] to format USB Disk.   
6.         After calling [Create Partition Primary], if No Media Error on disk show, need to check            with ChipGenius.
